Returns, Refunds and Shipping
At Little Ripper we want you to be happy with the items you purchase from us!
If you‘re not happy with your new items, we‘ve made it super easy for you to return the item/s back to us just email littleripperapparel@gmail.com to request the return and for the return address.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the order delivery date. Any items posted after this time frame may be denied.
- We recommend sending your parcel back via traceable post and keeping a copy of your tracking number, as any missing parcels are the responsibility of the customer.
- All postage on returns is at the expense of the customer and are non-refundable. You are required to cover both the postage costs to and from your address.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and free from any stains or marks to be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
This excludes customer input errors such as incorrect addresses and missing apartment/unit numbers. Please ensure your full address is entered correctly at the checkout prior to completing.
*Please note: Little Ripper Apparel reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender.
